What Is the Posture, Core, and Breath Work Course?
The course available to you online not only offers you over 100 videos, 70 plus pages of informational text, dozens of helpful images, and awards 17 hours for continued education credits, but more importantly, provides you with the right ways to assess and determine where your client’s pain originates. Our course will then instruct you with the proper techniques to help alleviate your client’s issues.
You’ll learn what ‘good posture’ truly means, as well as the common musculoskeletal, digestive, respiratory, nervous system and hormonal imbalances that can be caused by bad posture.

PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
This Program Introduction will go over the essentials of posture, core and breathwork. This lesson, Mechanics of Respiration and Neuromobilizations require completion of a quiz with a score of 80% or higher to complete. Complete each lesson to receive your Certificate of Completion.
In the Program Introduction, you will discover: The most common musculoskeletal imbalances and why they usually lead to pain and injury. How poor posture can impact the digestive system and how posture may have an effect on hormones, mood and your activity level. You will also learn about the muscular sling systems of the body and how important their proper functioning is, along with Infant development, the development of the spinal curves and the development of the muscular sling systems.
The Assessments
The Posture, Core, and Breath Work Course instructs you how to perform thorough assessments of your clients and how to spot the most common imbalances. Become skilled at observing imbalances in the rib cage, Forward Head Posture, Upper Cross Syndrome, Anterior, Posterior and Lateral Pelvic Tilts, Pelvic Torsion or Hyper-Pronation Dysfunction amongst many other musculoskeletal imbalances.
The Neuromobilizations Section
The nervous system is highly interconnected to the body’s functions. This segment is critical in learning how proper posture, core function, and breath work are pivotal in furthering your education and being confident in the ability to help your clients. Our course educates students on the pathway of nerves and the tissues they innervate, the conditions that are correlated with each nerve, and advanced therapeutic techniques for students to master.
Further, students will learn about the disorders of the nervous system, how to mobilize the nerve, provide nourishment, and improve one’s overall well-being by reducing pain and discomfort.

The Mechanics of Respiration
Students will first learn about the different stages of inhalation and exhalation, along with the muscles utilized during both inhalation and exhalation, as well as the dynamics of the rib cage during these processes. They will also learn about the different structures involved in the passage of air into the lungs. Next, they will learn how poor posture impacts the respiratory system and about improper breathing patterns and how they manifest dysfunction throughout the body.
Further, those enrolled in the course will learn how to release specific blockages or any impairments in the rib cage through corrective stretches and mobilizations. They will also be provided with in-depth instructions on three advanced breath work techniques to correct inverted breathing and promote proper diaphragmatic breathing.
Corrective Exercises and Beyond
Once students have assessed for dysfunction, they are closer to the final piece of the puzzle: learning the specifics in how to treat various problems. With the help of Wolf Moon Wellness’s extensive collection of video lessons, and rich text, students will have the knowledge to help correct the root causes of pain commonly stemming from poor posture, a weak core and respiratory issues with every client.

John Laznovsky is co-owner of Wolf Wellness, a successful wellness center located in Holbrook NY that offers various holistic health care modalities. John himself has multiple degrees and certifications. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Cortland University and is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. John is certified by the American College of Sports and Medicine, the CHEK Institute and Precision Nutrition.
Mary is a Licensed Acupuncturist and CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach who has been busy in private and clinical practice since graduating from New York College in April 2010. Mary values Eastern Medicine because she believes it is a truly holistic healing practice which incorporates a synchronicity between the body and the mind. She works with her patients building a postive and healthy environment for an optimal healing process. Mary's methods work to treat the body as a whole, seeking out the root of a disease in addition to alleviating the symptoms. She has studied with many experts in the fields of Acupuncture, Tui Na and Qi Gong. Mary has been voted Best of Long Island 2010 (with colleagues) and Best Acupuncturist in Queens 2013 (solo) at 3 Elements Healing Arts Center. In 2015 Mary spent a month at the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas training in their famous Teacher Training Program earning her the title of Yoga Siromani (teacher of yoga). She has since been sharing and implementing the knowledge learned there with her clients with great results.
