Acupuncture is available for $20 additional exchange.

Gentle energy building movement and breath. Connection to spiritual elements of healing and well-being. Receipt of acupuncture treatment (with sterile acupuncture needles) accompanied by sound healing session with quartz crystal singing bowls tuned to the seven major chakra frequencies. Suitable for all physical levels.

Thursdays at 8:00am Noetic Movement

In this class we will be infusing each movement with the healing power of our own consciousness. Wolf Moons co owner Mary Devi will be drawing upon her knowledge of Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine, The Four Paths of Yoga and her Master Reiki training to bring you an experiential journey through your energy centers and all levels of your physical, mental, emotional and etheric planes. The goal of this class is not only to relax, rejuvenate and energize but to empower you with the tools necessary to for this imminent evolution currently taking place here on earth.

Wednesdays at 5:00pm Qi Gong

With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, Qi Gong is traditionally viewed by the Chinese and throughout Asia as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (pronounced approximately as "chi"), translated as "life energy".

We include basic nutrition and lifestyle advice, recommendations and support with all appointments. We feel this knowledge is essential to achieving the results we know your body is capable of. However, if you would like more in-depth, personalized Nutritional Counseling we are happy to schedule an appointment with you.

Saturdays at 8:30AM YOGA

Connect with the breath and rejuvenate your body and mind with healing yoga sessions. Yoga is proven to increase strength, flexibility and relieve stress. Your worries will melt away faster than you can say 'savasana'.
